I’m not one for inserts of any kind. However, as a college athlete, I remember the turf pellets melting to my cleats during our summer sprints. The heats was horrible. Heat shields is the only product out there that have given me the ability to block that heat. When I run on turf in the summer now, I don’t feel a thing! Also, knowing what I know about the biomechanics of the foot, I worry about any type of shoe insert, but these also don’t impact the normal biomechanics whatsoever. There’s nothing out there like it!
